In 2006 ACM Group Ltd implemented a new in-house, Web-based operating and management system, which provides direct access to a number of commercial analytical databases. This system was developed over two years and was tested for three months prior to implementation. The new system allows incorporation of a number of best practice operational controls and methodologies to support and enhance individual collector performance and effective team management.

The ACM Group Ltd consists of Accounts Control Management Services Pty Ltd (ACMS) and Advanced Credit Management Pty Ltd (ACM). The ACM Ltd Group, first secured Quality Certification in 1997 through ACM and in August 2003 upgraded its certification to International Standard ISO 9001:2000.
In 2009 ACM Group Ltd received a further certification upgrade to international Standard ISO 9001:2008.
Accounts Control Management Services Pty Ltd (ACMS) is part of ACM Group Ltd. ACMS acquired non-performing debts from major financial institutions and leading telecommunications and utility companies the majority of which are now owned by ACM Group Ltd.
